Location was excellent! The Inn was the perfect retreat location. The meeting facilities were more then adequate. The service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond. The catering choices were well thought out. We will definitely use the Inn for future retreats.

My family and I stopped in Ruidoso for a quick get away. The Staff at Pine Springs was friendly and professional. They made us feel right at home. The room was large and spacious and the grounds were lovely. I would definitely recommend stopping there if you are passing through Ruidoso.

It's nice to find a quite, relaxing place to stay away from all the hustle and bustle. We stopped at the Pine Springs Inn on our way back home and needed the rest and relaxation. The hotel is set back a little from the highway so it was nice and quiet the whole time we were there. The cost of the room was very reasonable and the staff that checked us in was friendly.
